Service "Zelta Īsziņa" - a possibility to renew credit simply by sending a SMS from a mobile phone. Client sending the SMS indicates renewal amount, which he/she has chosen. To register for the service and to use it, it is necessary to have a bank's payment card. The amount of money is deducted from the account of the client and added to "Zelta Zivtiņa" ("Golden Fish") credit. Operation can be performed in 10 minutes.

Service is available only for registered users. At the moment of renewal card of "Zelta Zivtiņa" must have full connection - incoming and outgoing calls. Credit can be supplemented only by the amounts, which correspond with renewal card prices at the shops.

Sending of the renewal SMS is for free.

Registration

Client has to register to start using the service. This can be performed at any SEB bank ATM. Regardless of the issuer bank of the card that is used, registration is free, however card issuing bank may charge transaction fee. To follow the instructions provided at the ATM at registration, client has to enter the number of the mobile phone, service password and monthly limit. It is possible to register up to three "Zelta Zivtiņa" phone numbers to one payment card, setting every of them separate password and monthly limit.

 

Step 1 - insert payment card in bank's ATM and enter PIN code

Step 2 - choose "Zelta Īsziņa" at ATM's Menu

Step 3 - choose "Register for the service" from 4 options provided

Step 4 - following the instructions of ATM, enter:

  • phone number
  • service password (This password is used every time when the service is used. Password shouldn't exceed 3 numbers.)
  • monthly limit (Ls 1 - Ls 99) When all data is entered, client will receive a receipt with mobile phone number and with note "Registration started", and save it.

Step 5 - wait for SMS

The system is verifying data entered and sends a SMS within 10 minutes to the mobile phone number provided at ATM. If data are identical, you will receive a SMS, that you have supplemented successfully the registration.

Example: to supplement the credit on the amount Ls 2,95 client should send a SMS: ZZ 2 95 123 to the code 688.

Renewal Service

To supplement the credit of "Zelta Zivtiņa" client must send a SMS to the code 688 with a text that contains a letter "ZZ", the amount of credit and the password. All units - a letter, lats, santims and password - should be separated by spaces.

Example: to supplement the credit on the amount Ls 2,95 client should send a SMS

ZZ 2 95 123 to the code 688

Client will receive a confirmation SMS on successful supplementation of the credit: "You have supplemented successfully your "Zelta zivtiņa" credit at the amount of Ls 2,95. Good luck!"

"Zelta Zivtiņa" connection should be full on the moment of renewal (incoming and outgoing calls).

If the monthly limit is overrun or there is no money on the account, or the password is wrong, the renewal is refused.

In all cases of renewal refuse client is informed about refusal with SMS.

If the SMS contains wrong renewal amount, service is denied and refusal SMS offers possible amounts.

It is possible to perform not more than 1 successful renewal of the credit in 10 minutes (if a client accidentally sends SMS two times, the system accepts only the first SMS).

If SMS is sent five times with wrong service password, service is refused. To use the service again, the client must register at ATM again.

F.A.Q - Frequently Asked Questions

- Changes in the parameters of the service

Whenever client wishes, he/she can change the subscription to the service - monthly limit, password of "Zelta Zivtina" or the phone number. The changes can be entered following the instructions of the ATM.

If the phone number is changed: client must be sure to enter changes at the ATM, otherwise client will not be able to use the service from the new phone number because it won't be registered for the service.

Some examples of the cases when something changes in bank's card parameters:

Bank's card is lost/stolen. If the client has informed about this fact the bank, then card is blocked. The bank hands a new card with another card number on it, so the registration must be performed again.Bank's card is changed due to expiration date: In this case the client need not to change the parameters of the service "Zelta Zivtina" because the number of the card is the same.

Client is changing bank: The client should unregister the service with the old card. Then the client registers with the new card. If unregistration is not performed, it will not be possible to register the phone number to the new card, because the phone number can be registered only to one payment card.

Monthly limit

The client must enter a monthly limit 1- 99 lats at the registration for the service. This is the limit of the monthly amount of credit renewal "price" - maximal sum of money which the bank may withdraw from the bank account and add to indicated phone number "Zelta Zivtiņa" credit. If this amount is reached, then it is not possible to renew "Zelta Zivtiņa" credit by sending "Zelta Īsziņa" in current calendar month. It will be possible again in the next calendar month from the 1st date.

This limit is related only to the service. If it is necessary to supplement the credit in the current calendar month, that can be performed by changing monthly limit at ATM or by buying renewal card at the nearest shop.

 

All SMS related to this service will be sent in the language, which the client has chosen at the registering for the service at ATM. The language of these SMS is not related to the system language, which the client has chosen in the system of Tele2 as service language.

There are exceptions - if the client has registered in German at ATM, he/she will receive SMS in English.
