Maintenance of ATM management system
Subsidiary First Data International in Latvia staff provides services on a number of ATM models that are compliant with First Data International ATM management system. Subsidiary First Data International in Latvia provides the following services:
- Preparatory work for the installation and connection of an ATM;
- Implementation of the banks ATM project on the scheduled dates;
- Entering of the new ATMs on the subsidiary First Data International in Latvia customer list, giving them billing and terminal identifications and entering in the Data management and processing system;
- Connection of ATMs whose models and functions have been approved by subsidiary First Data International in Latvia to the banks ATM management system, review of card transactions and putting the ATMs into operation;
- Provision of necessary ATM adjustments for processing new types of cards;
- Certification to allow processing of new type of cards in ATMs;
- Continuous control over the ATM management system.
