What to Do if my Card is Stolen?
- If your card is lost or stolen, notify First Data
Latvia on toll-free 24-hours phone (+371) 670 92555 immediately,
or notify the bank, which has issued the card, within the open-hours of
the bank.
- If you have called First Data Latvia to block a
card, you need to know the number of your card. If you have forgotten it,
try to find a receipt or a bank statement where the number of your card is
provided.
- Administrators of First Data Latvia will ask you
various questions and try to help to find the number of your card in order
to block it as soon as possible so that the pickpocket or a finder would
not be able to spend the money in your card account.
